Our Risk Management module provides a centralised, flexible, robust management framework designed to drive the capture, description and classification of all company risk categories. Once captured, the system steps the user through the risk assessment, control analysis, treatment planning, and sign off process. Integrated with workflow and action tracking, this is an essential module for all organisations.


Our Compliance Monitoring module provides a flexible framework for creating assessment tools, checklists, recurring tasks and questionnaires to manage all of your monitoring tasks. Link your compliance templates to workflow, status monitoring, action plans, and analysis views to drive a robust ‘plan, do, measure, and improve’ process.


Our popular Event Management module is designed to identify, capture and classify safety, environment, health, quality, community and damage incidents, near misses, hazards, noncompliances and complaints. Underpinned by flexible, risk-based workflow tools, this module drives the collection of meaningful data so the right people are mobilised, causes are identified, effective action is taken, reporting and analysis are accurate and insightful.


With Action Manager, actions can be created and linked to any iSystain module or source. Action plans manage multiple actions assigned to one or many people and includes options for recurring actions, automated reminders and escalations. The Action Hub is a centralised location for viewing the status of all actions, running reports, updating and closing out actions.


Our Health & Occupational Hygiene module is designed to provide a single and secure location for your personnel’s health-related data including testing and surveillance, exposure risk assessments, workplace health and injury management plans and fitness for work requirements.


HSE Interactions captures data collected from conversations focusing on working safely. Available both online and via our App, it’s a simple tool to leverage even greater value from these conversations by capturing some quick statistics and logging any follow up actions. All data is fed into our analytics dashboard containing indicators such as number of personnel engaged, positive practices sighted and top system improvements identified.


Our Competency & Training module supports the process of building your competency inventory, assigning competencies-to-roles/roles-to-people, and identifying gaps to create your training needs analysis. From there, be notified in advance of expiring competencies, schedule and assign people to training activities, run training and competency status reports, and monitor training effectiveness via feedback questionnaires.


The Change Management module provides a flexible framework for your workforce to capture requests for change, then, step through the process to evaluate, risk assess, approve and manage the change. Change is workflow-driven, with status reporting and dashboards for progress tracking.


Governance helps gather and specify all governance sources including internal and external standards, policies, legislation and operating conditions. Once sources are added to the register, individual compliance requirements can be itemised and actions assigned. Sources can also be linked to risk assessments, compliance activities, action plans and audits.


Audit Management automates and brings transparency to the management of your audit and assurance activities. Real-time views show you the status of all your audit instruments, schedules, reports, non-compliances, and corrective actions.
