Sustainability Management Solution

iSystain drives both management and reporting processes. The Sustainability Management modules outlined below work together to implement key business processes necessary to drive an organisation’s sustainable development.

The Sustainability Management modules are designed to support business processes such as stakeholder engagement and materiality assessment, risk and opportunities management, social investment strategies, supply chain prequalification, compliance and ESG data capture and assurance audit programs. Each module is powered by workflow and action management and linked to out-of-the-box and configurable reporting and analytics tools.

Modules for our sustainability management solution

Our Risk Management module provides a centralised, flexible, robust management framework designed to drive the capture, description and classification of all company risk categories. Once captured, the system steps the user through the risk assessment, control analysis, treatment planning, and sign off process. Integrated with workflow and action tracking, this is an essential module for all organisations.

Our Social Investment module supports the planning, deployment and data capture of all types of community investment activities including cash donations, employee volunteer time, management costs, sponsorship and in-kind donations. There are also options to capture Social Procurement and Social Innovation investments. Outcomes and impacts can be captured quantitatively or qualitatively and visualised through reports and dashboards.

Our Stakeholder Management module supports the identification and classification of your stakeholders, as well as their material issues, concerns and needs. The Interactions function captures and classifies all types of stakeholder interactions. Interaction records are linked to Action Manager to ensure actions related to requests and issues are track to completion. Integration with the Event Management module helps manage the recording, investigation, corrective action, reporting and analysis of Stakeholder incidents.

Governance helps gather and specify all governance sources including internal and external standards, policies, legislation and operating conditions. Once sources are added to the register, individual compliance requirements can be itemised and actions assigned. Sources can also be linked to risk assessments, compliance activities, action plans and audits.

Audit Management automates and brings transparency to the management of your audit and assurance activities. Real-time views show you the status of all your audit instruments, schedules, reports, non-compliances, and corrective actions. With reporting and analytics, you can aggregate and analyse data from your audit activities to identify strengths, weaknesses, risk and opportunities.

The Supplier Management module implements a centralised register of all your goods and services suppliers. This module includes tools to register, categorise, and risk rank suppliers, develop and deploy pre-qualification assessments, keep on top of expiring documentation, and schedule ongoing data collection and information requests. Onboarding tools such as our online Site Access Requests enable Suppliers personnel to request access to site and upload all relevant information before arriving.
