Social Investment & Impact

Investing in programs that deliver positive social and environmental impact, alongside a financial return, demonstrates an organisation’s commitment to the society in which it operates.

Most companies are engaged in some form of community investment activity - be it cash donations, employee volunteer time, management costs, sponsorship, or in-kind donations. We've developed a framework to collect your quantitative and qualitative data from the source and structure it into your internal business and sustainability reporting needs.

Our Social module includes flexible options for data collection and visualisation to align with standards such as the Business for Societal Impact (B4SI) Framework and progress internal social investment and sustainability reporting goals.

Our Social Investment module supports the planning, deployment and data capture of all types of community investment activities including cash donations, employee volunteer time, management costs, sponsorship and in-kind donations. There are also options to capture Social Procurement and Social Innovation investments. Outcomes and impacts can be captured quantitatively or qualitatively and visualised through reports and dashboards.

The Sustainability Reporting module is our essential and highly configurable module designed to support all Sustainability and ESG reporting activities. Data can be collected from many sources using our flexible import and integration options, via direct data entry, through questionnaires, or from other iSystain modules. Links to tools such as GHG and Energy factor management, Business Intelligence library, Report Designer and Analytics deliver a platform to meet current and future sustainability management and reporting needs.

Our Stakeholder Management module supports the identification and classification of your stakeholders, as well as their material issues, concerns and needs. The Interactions function captures and classifies all types of stakeholder interactions. Interaction records are linked to Action Manager to ensure actions related to requests and issues are track to completion. Integration with the Event Management module helps manage the recording, investigation, corrective action, reporting and analysis of Stakeholder incidents.
